The Skill Mill Southern Representative

We would like to introduce our Skill Mill southern representative, Ian Langley. The Skill Mill covers the length of England and our team is continuously expanding. Ian has a huge amount of experience in Youth Justice, and we are delighted to have him join our team.

Ian is a qualified Social Worker and is a former head of Youth Offending Teams (YOT) in both Hampshire and Wiltshire. Ian also served as the elected Secretary of the Association of YOT Managers (AYM) for many years and was made an AYM Life Member in 2022. Ian is a self-confessed sports nut, football, cycling and table-tennis are sports he still participates in or at the very least spectates.
